Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival Day – Pickup from the airport and transfer to Bogor
- Arrive at Jakarta Airport and meet your private driver.
- Rest from your flight and stay near the Botanical Gardens in Bogor.
- Optional: if you arrive early, enjoy a short tour through Jakarta.
Day 2
Bogor to Rachman Homestay (Salak National Park)
- After breakfast, enjoy a city tour including a Wayang Golek (puppet) workshop.
- Visit a traditional market and explore the famous Botanical Gardens of Bogor.
- Continue to Salak National Park – Rachman’s homestay.
- Relax or join an Indonesian cooking class (recommended).
Day 3
Explore Salak National Park
- After breakfast, visit waterfalls and viewpoints in the national park.
- Take a jungle trek through lush tropical forest.
- For those seeking adventure: hike to the Queen’s Crater!
Day 4
Travel across the Puncak Pass to Bandung
- Say goodbye to Salak and drive towards Bandung.
- If time allows, stop at rice fields along the way.
- Enjoy a scenic drive through the Puncak Pass (traffic permitting).
- Lunch in Puncak before arriving in Bandung.
- Visit Saung Angklung Udjo, Rengganis Crater, or a strawberry farm.
Day 5
Bandung to Magelang (via Scenic Train)
- Take a scenic train from Bandung to Kutoarjo.
- Continue by private transport to Magelang.
- Stay overnight near the sacred Borobudur Temple and rest from the journey.
Day 6
Explore Magelang and travel to Yogyakarta
- After breakfast, visit the sacred Borobudur Temple.
